English Language Teachers
We are recruiting English Language Teachers to join our team in Manchester. You will be responsible for 15-21 hours of teaching per week, delivering KIC programmes to the highest standard possible.

Your main responsibilities will include:
•planning lessons in accordance with the standards outlined in the KIC Teaching Standards
•preparing thorough lesson plans for in-house observations and external observations where necessary
•assigning homework and to marking assignments
•assisting in the testing and placement (as needed) of new and existing students ensuring all students are assessed as accurately as possible
•conducting regular tutorials in accordance with the KIC Tutorial policy
•promoting independent learning via needs analysis, tutorials, support and reports
•being proactive about your personal development; attending all compulsory training sessions and actively participating in any training offered
•contributing to the development of KIC materials though trialling and feedback
To be successful in the role, you’ll have the following:
•a bachelor’s degree as minimum
•CELTA or equivalent
•a passion for teaching and inspiring students to learn
•a desire to deliver excellent customer service
•strong administrative and organisational skills
•excellent communication skills
•ability to develop learner autonomy with students
