We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. 

 

We’re looking for a proactive, confident, and experienced project management professional to play a pivotal role in delivering key projects that contribute to the overall objectives of our department and the wider business. You’ll bring a strong solution focus and exceptional organisational skills in leading a variety of projects, end to end, and working with a diverse group of colleagues from around the globe. As part of the Marketing & Recruitment function, this role will sit in the small but mighty Operations team providing support that underpins the core activities of the function. You’ll deliver a variety of projects from product launches to internal development projects, working cross-functionally with departments across the business.

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadline, to meet challenging targets

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to a dynamic workload, with the ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and change

  • Working knowledge of project planning, collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, Miro, SharePoint)

  • Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS 365

  • Commitment to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace


Desirable

  • Passion for international education recruitment

  • Experience of working in international or higher education sector

  • Experience with CRM software (particularly Salesforce)

  • Exposure to working with global teams and across different time zones
