We are recruiting a Data Auditor to join our Admissions team based in our Head Office in London. You’ll be responsible for completing data audits for content management updates and updated student records. You’ll have a passion for data, possess a keen eye and detail for data and be excited to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. 

 


The role

In a fast paced and changing industry it is vital that we monitor and update data in a continuing manner. The role will focus on keeping updated content and data management. You will play a vital role in monitoring and implementing critical content updates to ensure teams are working with the most update to date information.

 


You will have responsibility for the following:

  • Monitoring program updates from our partner universities and updating content accordingly.
  • Reviewing internal course data against published website information to ensure accuracy.
  • Completing student record updates daily on our CRM.
  • Monitoring integration feeds to ensure correct data.
  • Producing daily student reports.
  • Processing student decision letters daily.
  • Additional responsibilities to support and enhance success as applicable.

 

What we need from you:


  • A love of data
  • A high level of autonomy to complete data audits daily
  • Strong MS Excel skills including formulas
  • Confidence to liaise with all levels of management both internal and external
  • Strong solution focus and positive attitude
  • Very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work efficiently across varied IT systems
  • Ability to work to agreed service level agreement timescales
