We are looking for a Student Services Manager to join our team.


We’re looking for a motivated and proactive individual to take ownership of our Student Services function. This role offers the opportunity to lead a small team, oversee key operational areas including customer service, student finance, and welfare, and play a pivotal part in shaping the student experience.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, ideally with some team coordination or supervisory responsibility.

  • Experience working with students or in an education environment is a strong advantage.

  • A strong customer service ethos and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to motivate, support, and influence others to achieve goals.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Confidence in decision-making and using your initiative to solve problems.

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Competence with IT systems and database management.

  • A commitment to student welfare, safety, and wellbeing.

  • An interest in creating an engaging, well-balanced social programme that enriches the student experience.
