We are looking for a Student Services Assistant to join our team. 

 

We are looking for somebody with a passion for customer service to join our team as a Student Services Assistant. You’ll be assisting and working alongside the school team, taking care of all general customer service queries, student finance and day-to-day student administration. In summary, you’ll help students have an excellent Kaplan experience.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Customer Service Assistant, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role 

  • Experience in administration work (preferably in an ELT environment).

  • Experience in working in a customer-facing environment.

  • Ability to deal with and resolve a high volume of queries efficiently.

  • Ability to find and present solutions.

  • Ability to relate to and build rapport with international students.

  • Ability to use initiative and make decisions when required.

  • Ability to work effectively on an individual basis and as a member of a team.

  • Ability to manage and implement change.
