We are looking for a Student Recruitment Manager to join our team. 

 

The successful candidate will be results-orientated with the capacity to build strong relations with both internal and external stakeholders. They will have a customer-facing approach and provide excellent advice and guidance to prospective students and agents, and be happy to work weekends and evenings when required for student recruitment events and activities.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a Student Recruitment Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role 
 

Essential Criteria

  • An undergraduate degree (UK/USA/Canada preferred

  • Comprehensive experience gained working in a responsible customer-facing role

  • Fluent in English and Tagalog, speaking and writing

  • Customer focus, self-motivation, ability to prioritise effectively, be flexible, and manage your time under pressure

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • High level of enthusiasm, motivation, personal commitment, and independence to undertake periods of work without supervision

  • Problem solving and organisational skills to deal with complex and difficult situations as they arise

  • High level of literacy and attention to detail to produce clear concise reports

  • Using sales techniques, influencing applicants to accept their offers

  • Documenting all calls and communication with students in company systems

 

Desirable

  • Experience working in the field of international education or student recruitment

  • Good knowledge of overseas education systems and qualifications

  • An understanding of visa regulations and market trends in international higher education
