We are looking for a Student Recruitment Manager to join our team. 

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Student Recruitment Manager to support student recruitment activities for our UK partners. Reporting directly to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager, you will have a solid understanding of international recruitment within the education sector and demonstrate an awareness of at least one major overseas market. You will have excellent organizational skills and be a self-starter with experience working internationally. You’ll become part of a team of global recruitment and marketing professionals, laser-focused on supporting the student journey.

What you’ll bring to the role 
 

The ideal candidate will have:

• A background in international education recruitment or marketing.

• A university degree.

• Fluency in English and Azerbaijani.

• The ability to communicate effectively (both written and spoken) with a wide range of audiences.

• A goal-driven and results-oriented approach.

• Demonstrable teamwork skills.

• A customer-focused mindset.

• A positive outlook with a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• The ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines to meet challenging targets.

• Experience in traveling and a willingness to travel independently throughout the region.

• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends when required.

• Strong IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• An appreciation of different cultures and working styles.

Desirable skills:

• A proven track record of delivering successful international student recruitment campaigns, preferably with a UK recruitment background.

• Knowledge of the education systems and current developments in Azerbaijan.

• An understanding of visa regulations and market trends in international higher education.

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce.
