We are looking for a Senior Quality Officer to join our team.
The Quality and Enhancement team is the central focus for the governance and management of academic quality assurance within KOL. The team provides support, advice and guidance in relation to a range of quality assurance processes including academic regulations, Board of Examiners procedures, academic integrity and appeals and complaints.
You will be responsible for providing a professional support service to all colleagues at Kaplan Open Learning (KOL); with specific responsibility for co-ordination and maintenance of the quality assurance processes related to Board of Examiners procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Academic Administrator with experience working in Higher Education, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role
A first degree
Experience of working in an academic administrative role in higher education, and producing Board of Examiners documentation
Experience of interpreting and explaining complex policies and procedures, including Academic regulations and Rules of Assessment.
Ability to communicate with staff at all levels to provide advice and guidance on quality assurance policies and procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with colleagues at all levels.
Excellent Excel skills, and proficient IT skills primarily Word, Powerpoint and online meeting software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Demonstrable ability to plan and work to non-negotiable deadlines.
