We are looking for a Senior College Services Advisor to join our team.
As a Senior College Services Advisor initially within the Student Services team, you will lead, or support activities related to the following:
Provide excellent customer service in a student-facing environment.
Deal with student enquiries by providing a flexible, personalised and inclusive approach.
Maintain accurate information on the student management system.
Organise and support pre-arrival, arrivals, registration and welcome events.
Lead in the maintenance, development and quality assurance of student-facing content.
Develop and deliver extra-curricular activities.
Provide administrative support across the team’s functions, and oversee the administration of the wider team in agreed areas.
Assist compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Have a flexible approach to work, for example, some out-of-hours work may be required during busy periods.
Work with the College team to continuously improve the student experience.
Any other duties as required by the College Management Team.

What you’ll bring to the role
Ability to deliver excellent customer service skills yourself, and ideally encourage this in others.
High level of verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interest in working in education and in particular with international students.
Experience in supporting students.
Confident with IT, in particular Microsoft Excel (ideally with an ability to work with formulae, VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Willingness to work flexibly.
Experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals, with some experience of having led activities or teams.
Attention to detail and demonstrable understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
Ability to take initiative.
