We are looking for a proactive, strategic and adaptable Regional Marketing Executive to lead the planning, localisation and delivery of Kaplan International Pathways' marketing activity across Turkiye. Working closely with regional recruitment teams and global marketing colleagues, you will own the execution and performance of integrated marketing campaigns that drive student recruitment.

What you’ll bring to the role 
 

• 5 years of experience working in marketing roles, of which 2 in similar specialist/manager roles

• Degree-level education in Marketing

• Experience delivering integrated marketing hands‑on in regional or international markets

• Proven ability to localise strategy into effective, market‑specific execution independently

• Excellent stakeholder management with Regional Directors, recruitment teams and marketing counterparts

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in high‑volume, fast‑moving environments

• Comfortable operating as a single-person local function within a supported matrix, able to adapt, shape how the role develops over time, and work effectively with central specialist teams
