We are looking for a Power Automate Specialist to join our team.


Kaplan Open Learning is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Power Automate Specialist to design, build, and maintain automated workflows that improve efficiency and accuracy across our online education operations.


You’ll play a key role in transforming manual administrative processes into streamlined digital solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Proven experience using Microsoft Power Automate, including both cloud and desktop flows.

  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.

  • Experience developing intelligent and interactive solutions using AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio).

  • Experience integrating automation solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Forms.

  • Understanding of JSON, expressions, and dynamic content within Power Automate.

  • Familiarity with data connectors and API integrations (e.g. HubSpot, Dynamics, or other CRM systems).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

  • UK-based and eligible to work remotely, with occasional team collaboration meetings if required.


Desirable Skills

  • Experience in online education or higher education environments.

  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or custom connector development.
