We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our team.


The Portfolio Manager supports the Workplace function with key inputs across data, financial tracking, transactions, and cross-team coordination. You will provide a key link between Facilities, Governance, and the Functional Leads, ensuring insight, organisation, and execution across the FM, project, and compliance portfolio.

What you’ll bring to the role


  • Degree (or studying toward) in Property, Facilities Management, Construction, Business, Analytics, or related field.

  • Experience in corporate real estate, property management, FM, or data/finance role.

  • An interest or awareness of building safety, compliance, or health & safety frameworks.

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organised, adaptable, and collaborative.

  • Interest in ESG, inclusive design, and the education sector desirable.
