We are looking for a Painter to join our team. 

 

As a Painter at Kaplan Living, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our facilities. Your responsibilities include preparing surfaces, selecting and mixing paints, applying finishes, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. You'll also be integral in safeguarding the welfare of students, particularly those under 18, by adhering to all safety and safeguarding policies.

What you’ll bring to the role 

  • Prior experience in painting or decorating

  • Working knowledge of painting and decorative techniques

  • Ability to work at heights

  • Thoroughness and attention to detail

  • Experience with using painting and decorating tools such as brushes, spray guns and hand scrapers

  • Excellent balance and manual dexterity

  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

  • Capable of working with minimum supervision 

  • Work as a team player and pass on knowledge to others
