We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to join our team.


As a Network Support Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain secure, high-performing network infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage key network components including routers, firewalls, and load balancers. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors while providing advanced support and driving continuous network improvements.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • CCNA or CCNP certification (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).

  • Solid understanding of WANs, LANs, NAT, and VPN technologies.

  • Hands-on experience with network hardware such as Cisco and Meraki switches, and Fortinet firewalls (experience with other vendors is advantageous).

  • Experience using network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Wireshark.

  • Exposure to cloud networking environments (e.g. AWS VPC, Azure VNets).

  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python, Bash, or Ansible (preferred).

  • A good understanding of network security principles.
