About the role

You will be joining the KLG Marketing department which is part of the wider global Marketing team. The team is multilingual and multinational, made up of market and channel experts who are passionate about the business of education and language learning.

As Marketing Executive, you will focus on driving qualified traffic to Kaplan International’s website and generate leads that will help the business achieve its revenue targets. You’ll be involved in building brand awareness, especially within the North America region.


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of a Regional Marketing Brief, focussing on high growth in revenue and ROI in marketing costs.
  • Networking with a rage of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partners.
  • Organising events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
  • Project-managing the website, landing pages and content initiatives, including our blog.
  • Supporting the development of the Performance Media strategy in conjunction with the wider Marketing department, to support the optimisation of campaigns.
  • Developing, evaluating and optimising marketing campaigns, creating and reporting results on CRM and Social Media calendar plans.
  • Localising (and/or translating) global campaigns and assets.
  • Supporting the development of SEO strategy, seeding content and link building. 
  • Sourcing and securing affiliation partnerships and influencers.
  • Arranging the distribution of marketing materials.
  • Monitoring competitor activity.
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your manager

About you

  • Innovative and creative in your approach to marketing challenges.
  • Experience managing SEO and CRO, Paid Search, Paid Social, affiliates, eCRM and Email Marketing.
  • Experience with website analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML and experience using a CMS.
  • Skilled and experienced in Project management
  • Ability to work within a multi-national, matrix structure environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (or relevant experience).
  • Fluency in Spanish would be desirable
