About the role

You will be joining the Kaplan Languages Group (KLG) Marketing department which is part of the wider global Marketing team. The team is multilingual and multinational, made up of market and channel experts who are passionate about the business of education and language learning.


As our Global Marketing Projects Manager you will be for the delivery of global marketing projects for the group. You will manage and motivate a team of marketers, as well as collaborating closely with channel specialists across the wider marketing team.

Your activities will be focused on the three main areas below:


Global marketing projects: briefing and understanding stakeholder requirements, agreeing scope and timelines, gathering feedback, managing resources and workload across the team and ensuring delivery of high-quality, effective marketing collateral which adheres to brand guidelines.


Product marketing: maintaining and updating all product marketing material and supporting new product launches from requirements gathering to go-live


Content marketing: working with stakeholders to set, monitor and report on content marketing strategy; taking ownership of the English language blog from a technical and content perspective, responsibility for global social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn), producing high-quality content that supports other language blogs and creating other multi-channel content which support upper and lower funnel activity and achieves SEO objectives.


About you

Experience:

  • Experience on delivering large / major projects, showing planning and execution capacity and project management skills.
  • Substantial experience in content management
  • Able to establish effective relationship with business stakeholders.
  • Proof of creative and relevant contribution in content related projects
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a shared responsibility environment
  • Experience in product marketing
