Salary: £22,000 per annum (outside of London), or £23,500 (London-based) (salary levels may be adjusted in October 2023 to ensure they are not below the Real Living Wage set by the Living Wage Foundation)

 

 

 

We are looking for an Alumni Project Support Intern to join our team. 

 

CLIQ has a need for a new Alumni Project Support Intern to support the Project Developer for Alumni Engagement in work relating to our alumni community. The role will be joining CLIQ at an exciting time, as work to implement the organisation’s new Alumni Strategy begins.

What you’ll bring to the role 


Essential

  • A minimum Level 6 qualification or equivalent experience in supporting the management of projects.

  • A strong interest in education and an understanding of the importance of alumni engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people.

  • High attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.

  • Strong ability to prioritise and work to meet deadlines.

  • The ability to work effectively online in a remote team.

  • The ability to analyse and think critically.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach.

  • The ability to work flexibly, as part of a team and independently.

  • Strong data analysis skills, and strong ICT skills including advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, and web-based resources.

  • Full respect for confidentiality and GDPR considerations.


Desirable

  • Experience working with or communicating with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.

  • A good working knowledge of virtual learning environments (e.g., Moodle VLE) and other e-tools commonly used in education.

  • Experience of working in a geographically dispersed team.
