We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team.


We are looking for a Housekeeper to work within our student accommodation at Kaplan Living Nottingham. This post will work Saturday to Monday, and is for 15-hours. During peek periods, overtime may be offered to staff.

 

As a Housekeeper at Kaplan Living you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within student accommodation. Responsible for cleaning communal areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and lounges, the Housekeeper helps ensure a safe, tidy, and welcoming living environment for students. The role also involves reporting maintenance issues, replenishing supplies, and supporting the overall wellbeing of residents.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Have experience in customer service, hospitality or student service provision, ideally in Hotels or Student accommodation.

  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

  • Good communication and customer care skills.

  • Capable of working with minimum supervision.

  • Work as a team player and pass on knowledge to others.
