Salary: Up to £26.29 / €31 per hour dependent on experience and geographical location (including holiday pay)


We are currently looking for teachers with TEFLI status to join our world class Kaplan Language Group (KLG) schools to assist us in our mission of helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a team of experienced and collaborative teachers, where you will have access to pre-prepared lessons, including IWB slides and teachers' notes that follow the student book.  


KLG schools are helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals. As an English Language teacher, you would be instrumental in contributing to this vision. You will do this by delivering well planned, engaging and successful lessons to international students, ensuring they have the best experience. 


Teachers will be appointed on an 8-week summer contract (July and August) and for high performing individuals who wish to build a career in international education, there are opportunities for permanent roles, including DELTA sponsorship and the chance to lead paid social activities.

Our Language schools are based across the UK and in the following locations.


  • Bath- Located in a historic building just steps away from the Medieval Abbey and close to Shops and restaurants in the city centre. 

  • Bournemouth– Located less than five minutes from the beach town centre 

  • Cambridge– Located in a beautiful Edwardian building and just a short bus ride from the city centre.  

  • Edinburgh- Located in the Centre of the New Town with excellent transport links and close to numerous restaurants and stylish shops. 

  • Liverpool – Located a short walk away from the Royal Liver Building and the Cavern Club, where the Beatles first performed. 

  • London – Located just 5 minutes’ walk from Covent Garden. Situated within a beautiful 18th century building which has been well adapted and offers a vibrant, well-resourced study environment for our staff and students. 

  • London 30+ - Located within a shared building with other students, close to the city’s main business district 

  • Manchester– Located in the Northern Quarter of the city centre with fantastic views and great transport links to explore the city. 

  • Oxford – Located in a large Edwardian house in the elegant Summertown area and just a short 5 minute bus ride from the centre of town. 

  • Torquay– Located in a beautiful Victorian Villa, set in terraced gardens with its own swimming pool. Short walk from beaches and shops.

*Please note that the annual leave entitlement will be calculated on a pro rata basis if the role is part time.
