We are seeking a positive, forward-thinking, and skilled Head of Digital Learning to lead our efforts in shaping the future of online education.

 

The Head of Digital Learning plays a key role in driving the development and delivery of our online learning environment, with a strong emphasis on innovation and the implementation of progressive solutions that improve both educational outcomes and operational processes.

What you’ll bring to the role 
 

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, encouraging a collaborative and positive environment.

  • Ability to navigate and address the commercial aspects of the higher education sector, ensuring alignment between academic and business objectives.

  • A strong understanding of VLEs (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard) and their management.

  • Proficient in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and skilled in using digital learning tools and platforms.

  • Experienced in automation solutions, including Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath, to streamline and enhance workflow efficiency.

  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Trello, or similar)

  • Experience integrating AI tools into educational platforms and instructional design workflows
