Our purpose-built residence offers a vibrant living and study experience for international students, with 450 rooms including a mix of studios, classic en-suites, and premium options. Located in the heart of Nottingham, it’s a hub of culture, community, and academic support.
What you'll do
As General Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated on-site team to deliver an exceptional student experience. You’ll be responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day operations, health & safety, and compliance
Driving occupancy and commercial performance
Leading a culture of service excellence and community engagement
Building strong relationships with students, staff, and local partners
Ensuring the residence is a place students are proud to call home
What you’ll bring to the role
You’re a natural leader with a passion for people and a commitment to excellence. You bring:
Proven experience in hospitality, property, or student accommodation
Strong operational and financial management skills
A student-first mindset and a flair for community building
The ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
