We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team. 


You will collaborate closely with the Head of Content and Creativity to shape and execute our content marketing strategy across key channels—campaigns, social media (knowledge of TikTok and Meta trends would be a big plus!), and blogs. This is an exciting opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the table, ensure engaging and consistent messaging, and play a crucial role in amplifying our brand’s presence.


As the leader of a talented team of five, you’ll inspire and motivate your colleagues while managing day-to-day operations, overseeing content planning, and reporting on the success of various content marketing initiatives.


We’re looking for someone with a passion for content, a positive attitude, and a knack for leadership. You should have the experience to balance multiple projects and stakeholders while fostering a collaborative and creative environment within your team. What you’ll bring to the role 

  • Proficiency in English is required, as it will serve as the primary language for all communications and documentation in this role. Ability to clearly articulate ideas and offer unique solutions to challenges, verbally, written and visually.

  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is essential.

  • Significant and demonstrable digital marketing experience.

  • Experience in campaign development and delivery; brand and social media strategy development.

  • Development and execution of strategic content plans using the marketing mix.

  • Proficiency in devising, implementing, and supporting brand awareness and lead generation activities across multiple different marketing distribution channels.

  • Excellent project management skills. 

  • People and line management skills, with proven judgement, demonstrating drive, influence, and collaboration.

  • High proficiency in core marketing principles and practices, including brand development and positioning, integration of messages.
