We are looking for a College Services Manager to join our team.


You will be one of a team of College Services Managers leading the delivery of an outstanding experience to support students’ success at the College and in future studies at university.  You will lead the effective delivery of responsive and proactive support and advice to students, working collaboratively with teaching teams to enhance the experience for every student.


The College Services team support across a range of areas including student health, wellbeing and social engagement, academic and quality assurance, student progression, compliance and administration.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Experience of working in a service-driven environment with demonstrable commitment to improving service, preferably in an educational setting.

  • The ability to understand the needs of international students particularly regarding wellbeing and safeguarding

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • The ability to build and sustain relationships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including students, parents, colleagues and external organisations.

  • Ability to lead and manage teams to deliver outstanding support.

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines through careful management of team workloads and individual projects.

  • The ability to work within the frameworks of relevant regulatory bodies eg UK Visa and Immigration and Office for Students.

  • Excellent IT skills including data analysis and reporting.

  • To be comfortable adopting and applying current and emerging AI technologies to support continuous improvement and innovation.
