We are looking for a College Services Manager to join our team. 

 

As a College Services Manager at the University of Essex International College, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the team to ensure the effective and efficient administration of all processes and procedures. The team provides support across a range of areas, including academic and quality assurance, student progression, compliance, student wellbeing and administration

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a College Services Advisor or Student Services Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Experience of working in a service-driven environment with demonstrable commitment to improving service

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • The confidence to take a leading role in supporting the wellbeing and safeguarding of international students

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines through careful management of team workloads and individual projects

  • The ability to respond positively and lead teams through periods of change

  • A strong commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

  • The ability to work within the frameworks of relevant regulatory bodies (eg) UK Visa and Immigration and Office for Students)

  • Excellent IT skills including data analysis and reporting
