We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. 

 

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be a key member of the Business Development team, who are responsible for building and capitalizing on relationships with secondary schools, global education companies, governments, and universities from around the world. The BD team is our engine room for the company’s growth, and you will do this by developing good relationships with potential customers and helping them to see the value our product can bring them.

  • You have the ability to sell a compelling vision of a technology platform that’s changing the way in which students plan their futures

  • You’re able to develop a deep understanding of a SaaS product as a key part of your role will be doing demos to customer - not only taking customers through the product features, but empathising and understanding their needs in detail, so you can establish best fit and be a trusted advisor to customers

  • 2 years+ experience as a proven performer in a Sales role, ideally within Edtech/SaaS

  • Experience in managing or mentoring a team of individual contributors is desirable, and the ability to drive sales across your team

  • You have an understanding of the education space and can contribute ideas to the sales and marketing teams
