As Associate Director for Türkiye, you will be the strategic force behind our student recruitment success in the region. Leading, motivating and developing a talented team, you will drive ambitious growth targets for our US and Canadian University partnerships, and for our UK Colleges. The role will also support and drive recruitment from Türkiye to other Kaplan products in line with business objectives.

What you’ll bring to the role
This is a high-impact role where you will be expected to challenge the status quo, harness data and technology, and build powerful relationships with students and their parents, agents, sponsors, and partner institutions. You are a visionary leader with a passion for international education and a track record of delivering results in dynamic markets. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a collaborative spirit.
Substantial experience in a senior role in student recruitment, international education, or a related field, in Türkiye.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including experience of remote management of direct reports
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
A data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making.
Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms to drive efficiency, personalisation, and innovation in recruitment and engagement.
A commitment to continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
A flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to pivot and operate with ambiguity.
Fluency in Turkish and English.
Ability to travel within Türkiye, and internationally as required, between 10-14 weeks per year on average
