We are looking for a Assistant Market Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target driven Assistant Market Manager to support student recruitment activities to our British University partners. The role will report directly to the Regional Manager (based in our Dubai office) and will work closely with other senior colleagues across the region, including Director, Sponsor Engagement (based in Dubai) and Senior International Marketing Manager (based in Riyadh).
You will have a good understanding of international recruitment within the education sector, and you will be able to demonstrate an awareness of at least one major overseas market. You will have excellent organisational skills and will be a self-starter with experience of working internationally.

What you’ll bring to the role
The successful candidate will be results orientated with the capacity to build strong relations with both internal and external stakeholders. A stakeholder focussed approach is key as is the ability to provide excellent advice and guidance to prospective students and agents. Flexible in approach to working is essential as there will be a need to work weekends and evenings when required for student recruitment events and activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
Background in international education recruitment or marketing
University education
Fluency in English and Arabic
The ability to communicate well (both written and spoken) with range of audiences.
Goal-driven and results oriented approach
Demonstrable teamwork
Customer focused
A positive outlook with a creative approach to problem solving
Strong organisational and planning skills
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, to meet challenging targets.
Experience of travelling and willingness to travel independently throughout the region.
Flexibility with working hours including working over weekends when required.
To be IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience of customer relationship management software (particularly Salesforce)
An appreciation of different cultures and working styles.
Desirable skills are:
A proven track record of delivering successful international student recruitment campaigns, preferably with a British education background
Knowledge of the education systems in Saudi Arabia and current developments
An understanding of visa regulations and market trends in international higher education
