We are looking for a Admissions Visa and Applicant Services Manager to join our team.


Role Summary


We are now looking for a Visa and Applicant Services Manager, who will offer visa support from the point that they accept our offer and pay their deposit through to arrival in the UK, and offer support to colleagues and stakeholders in assessing student documentation and providing advice and guidance in line with UKVI policy. It is imperative that the Admissions Visa and Applicant Services team continues to do their upmost to support student, agents and colleagues in all areas of visa advice, guidance and assessment pre enrolment.

What you’ll bring to the role


To perform the role to a high level, you will need:

  • An understanding of UKVI policy and the rules those applying for a Student Visa must adhere to.

  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills including a positive tone of voice and an ability to enunciate clearly.

  • Ability to input data quickly and accurately.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Interest in customers and helping them to achieve their goals.

  • Detailed understanding of both internal and external admissions policies and procedures.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours where required (including some weekends during critical periods).

  • Strong written and spoken English.

  • Competence with Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
