We are now looking for an Admissions Officer (Sponsor Admissions Team), who will look after sponsored students and play an important role in maintaining strong relationships with sponsors.


Our goal is to provide best customer service and on-going support to Sponsors and Sponsored students (via email and phone) at every stage of the application process.


You will support the application process for sponsored students and will be responsible for providing guidance to sponsors and sponsored students


Your key day to day tasks will include but not limited to:

  • Processing direct applications from Sponsors.

  • Assessing students’ eligibility for the courses.

  • Providing ongoing comprehensive guidance and support to Sponsors and Sponsored students.

  • Requesting CAS for sponsored students.

  • Participating in regular Admissions and Sponsor team calls.

  • Conducting thorough audits of sponsored student records on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, depending on business needs.

  • Providing support to Admissions on sponsored students’ cases.

  • Ensuring the sponsored students’ manual is up to date.

  • Participating in Admissions Panels and contributing to teamwork.

  • Providing training and support to new team members on sponsored students.

  • Providing support for post-enrolment queries by ensuring that requests are sent to the correct person and that responses are provided in a timely manner.

  • Providing reports on students to sponsors and other stakeholders as required.
