We are looking for an Admissions Manager to join our team.
As an Admissions Manager, who will look after our students from the point that they accept our offer and pay their deposit through to arrival in the UK. Our students and their families are making a very significant investment when they enrol to study in the UK. Our goal is to provide the best follow-up and on-going support by phone or email, making sure our students successfully receive their visa and arrive in the UK for the start of their course. This will result in delighted customers who feel well cared for and supported before and as well as after arrival.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as an Admissions Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role
Strong data analysis and management reporting skills
Ability to think strategically, influence policy-making and manage change in systems and procedures
Demonstrable ability to adopt creative approaches to developing solutions, systems and procedures
Excellent organisational and analytical skills
Ability to prioritise and plan work effectively under tight deadlines, under pressure and with competing priorities
Commitment to the highest standards of customer service
Detailed understanding of both internal and external admissions policies and procedures
Strong problem solving skills and ability to think on ones feet
Excellent oral, written and communication skills
Multicultural outlook and interest in working with international students
Competence with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
