We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Account Executive to promote Kaplan’s online English language assessment, Kaplan Test of English, which is used by test candidates and clients worldwide for educational or workforce evaluation purposes. Individuals also purchase tests to demonstrate proficiency to apply for educational institutions and to support job applications. Your key responsibilities will be identifying business opportunities and developing relationships with prospects and clients primarily, but not exclusively, in the Middle East and North Africa region.

What you’ll bring to the role
Build business by actively identifying opportunities, establishing and developing relationships with clients and prospective clients.
Identify clients’ and prospects’ requirements and present products and services as solutions.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities and service improvements.
Identify new products or product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
Gather and report feedback from clients and prospects; advise on future product and service developments.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.
Collect and analyse account information, preparing data and reports.
Build and maintain professional networks and management of client pipeline, ensuring integrity, compliance and protocol are followed at all times.
